The Awards evening, held in the magnificent Art Deco Ballroom at London's The Park Lane Hotel on Monday 12 October, recognised the outstanding contribution and service delivered by the Society of the Golden Key's hotel concierge community. Full list of winners The event brought together over 350 key partners from London’s hospitality and tourism industries with a guest list comprising of members from the Hotel Concierge community, Hotel General Managers, the tourism and retail industries and key notables from the Visit London and VisitBritain organisations.
