The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain and the Commonwealth was founded in London just over fifty years ago.

Its principle aims were to develop friendship amongst concierges and to help develop a network of contacts in the hotel fraternity.

We were founder members of a larger body, Les Clefs D'Or, which was founded in 1952 and links nearly forty such associations world-wide.

This website provides information on the Golden Keys and links to hotels where our members are.

The Society of the Golden Keys' Cocktail Party took place on 19th April 2010 at The Lanesborough in London. A cheque for £7,000 was presented to Penny Moore, Chief Executive, Hospitality Action, by the President of The Golden Keys, Ron Crowdy. The Society is most grateful to The Lanesborough for hosting the event and it was generously supported by American Express Lifestyle and Centurian Card programme. View the photos
