A vacancy for a Head Concierge has arisen at the Mandarin Oriental.
The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park has a fantastic opening for a Head Concierge.
The Head Concierge reports in to the Director of Rooms and is responsible for managing the Concierge , Luggage and Door departments as well as Hotel Transportation and Parking and is expected to create and maintain a luxury guest arrival and departure experience.
As Head Concierge you will have renowned knowledge of London and contacts of relevant sought after London places of interest.
You will be expected to run the department on a computerized platform.
Please note you will be required to work weekends.
